Yes absolutely, all of our watches come with a 12-month return to base warranty. If you have any problems with your watch, please fill out our returns form and send it back to the address provided.

Orders over $50 are shipped via standard shipping (7-14 business days) absolutely free, while orders under $50 come with a $9.99 shipping and handling fee.

Express shipping is also available for $14.99 and is shipped every day!

You can use SR262 or LR626A, which are easy to find online and cheap!

You can either have it changed for you at a local store (Mr Minit can do it), or if you are feeling handy, you can do it yourself. 

You simply need a very flat tool to pry open the rear of the case, and that exposes the battery for replacement.
